I am trying to make a FOIA request for specific documents within my file.
I would like to have any document that states the exact date my AOS application was entered, such as the receipt (which I dont have). Does anyone know which form or document I can specifically ask for that will state this?

USCIS reports that 1000 H-1Bs were receipted over the past week with 34,500 now counted. 400 masters cap cases were added bringing the total to 13,000 in that category. That's about on pace with the last several weeks and the exhaustion target in that category remains February 2011. My methodology is simple. I take a rolling average of usage over the last four weeks and then project out in how many weeks the quota will be used up if that pace continues. Obviously, the pace can pick up or slow down and I'll adjust my target exhaustion date as we...

I have a approved I140 from my current employer with prority date of may 2006. I had applied a labor long time back in Jan 2004 with another employer. This labor is approved now. Can I apply another I140 with the old empoyer without revoking the one that I have with the current employer as I want to stay with the current employer till I get the new I140 approved? Will applying the I140 with the old affect my current I140 approval.

Hello IV members!!!!
I have recently obtained 3 years of H1B extension because my I-140 is approved and priority date is not current.
Soon after, I interviewed and managed to land multiple offers....! Got totally frustrated on the job front and waiting for PD to be current.
Questions:
1. Can I apply for multiple transfers at the same time?
2. Is PD portable, assuming employer doesn't withdraw I-140?
3. If I lose PD, can labor app be filed for me by the new company, say 6 months from now?
In general, I'm very concerned and would appreciate any help. If you know of good immigration lawyers, available for consultation, pls direct me to the website.
Thanks very much,

Try taking the main battery AND the "clock" battery out. Leave them out for at least 15 minutes [longer is fine]. Then re-insert clock battery and then main battery.
Check that there's no buttons being stuck in.
